Waiver
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that my participation as a volunteer for Mustang Week Texas is entirely voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that volunteering at this event may involve physical activities, the handling of equipment, and interaction with vehicles, participants, and other volunteers.
I hereby release and hold harmless Mustang Week, Power Automedia, LLC, their officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind, whether financial, medical, or otherwise, that may arise from my participation in this event.
I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur while volunteering. I also understand and agree that I am not entitled to any financial compensation or medical coverage from Mustang Week or Power Automedia, LLC in the event of an incident.
By signing this waiver, I certify that I am at least 16 years old, or if under 18, I have obtained parental/guardian consent, as indicated below.
