ABOUT MUSTANG WEEK
Mustang Week, the largest annual gathering of Mustangs, began in 2002 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and quickly grew into a week-long celebration of Mustang culture. It draws thousands of cars and fans from across the U.S. and Canada. Power Automedia proudly took over the reins in 2023, preserving the event’s legacy while elevating the experience for a new generation of Mustang enthusiasts.

MUSTANG WEEK SCHEDULE

WHAT WILL I DO?
You'll be a critical part of making Mustang Week unforgettable! As a volunteer, you'll be placed where your help is needed most at any given moment. We cannot guarantee specific roles for your entire shift, so we ask that all volunteers come with a flexible, ready-for-anything mindset. This is a dynamic event, and your willingness to adapt is what makes the magic happen.
Tasks you might be asked to help with during your shift include:
Merchandise Setup & Sales
Parking & Traffic Control
General Event Support
Car Show Support & Judging
Come ready to jump in where you're needed and help the show run smoothly for thousands of Mustang fans!

An official Mustang Week Volunteer shirt
A voucher for the 2025 Mustang Week Event shirt

ESSENTIALS TO BRING
To make your shift comfortable and safe, don’t forget these MUST-HAVES:
Water – stay hydrated in the Myrtle Beach sun
Sunblock – protect your skin during long outdoor hours
Comfortable shoes – you’ll be on your feet, so no flip-flops or heels
Snacks, sunglasses, and a hat are great extras too!
THE RULES
Volunteers must be 16 years or older with a signed event waiver.
Under 18? A parent or guardian must sign your waiver.
Be ready to walk, stand, and potentially lift boxes (up to 40 lbs).
If you need accommodations, let us know in advance—we’ll do our best!
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get your assignment - look for the Registration Tent.
Wear your volunteer shirt during your shift—it’s your badge of honor!
Stay in your assigned area unless directed by a staff member.
Check out with staff when your shift ends to receive your Mustang Week Shirt voucher!
