ABOUT MUSTANG WEEK

Mustang Week in sunny Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the biggest and best Mustang-only event in the country, attracting over 30,000 visitors, 6,000 Mustangs and the biggest automotive parts brands.  Since 2002, this family-friendly event has been a must-see destination event for Mustang enthusiasts from across the U.S. and Canada.

MUSTANG WEEK SCHEDULE

WHAT WILL I DO?
Support and give back to the Mustang Community!

We need help all week long with running each event, selling merchandise and parking cars.
There are multiple shifts each day in the following areas:
Merchandise

Registration/VIP

Parking/Traffic Control

Event Support

Car Show

WHAT YOU GET
Registered Car Show Participants get priority parking on Friday and Saturday in the show.
Volunteers will receive one official volunteer shirt per day of volunteer shift.
Volunteers will receive an official 2024 Mustang Week shirt (one per person).
Meet new people, forge new friendships and see a lot of REALLY COOL MUSTANGS!

THE RULES

Volunteers must be 16 years or older and have signed the event waiver.
Minor volunteers will require their parents consent on the waiver.

Must be able to stand and walk for the full shift time.

In some cases you may need to be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs.

If you require any accommodations to perform these tasks, please let us know,
and we will work to find a suitable solution if possible.

Please arrive and check in for your shift no later than 15 minutes prior to your shift to get checked in. 

The official volunteer shirt must be worn at all times while volunteering.

Bring water, snacks, sunblock and comfortable shoes.

Please do not leave your shift location without notifying a staff member.

Please check-out after your shift is completed. 
Volunteers are not paid or compensated in any way.
